No es un consultorio médico gratuito online. Le informaré a un moderador para que saque esta pregunta que a mi juicio nadie debería haber contestado. Como médica me parece una falta de ética hacer una consulta médica fuera de un contexto médico, y que sea contestada por no médicos.

First of all, this shd really go into the forum, since it is not a translation question. Unless you post the words from the leaflet inside the box!

But more importantly, I would hesitate to make any comments about medical matters. Dangerous ground. Having said that, I thought I recognised the name, as being what my husband had taken when he had colic, and sure enough, in the general data on this medication here http://www.vademecum.es/medicamento-BUSCAPINA COMPOSITUM_560... is says that it is for: Dolor agudo postoperatorio. Dolor postraumático. Dolor tipo cólico , which means "acute post-operation pain", "post trauma pain" and "colic type pain". Sounds a bit extreme to me for sea sickness....
