Hola,
Estoy traduciendo un informe médico del español al inglés y tengo algunas dudas sobre el término "Estado general conservado" referiéndose al paciente. ¿Esto quiere decir "Estado normal" o "Estado estable" o "Estado sin cambios" o qué?
Agradecería cualquier sugerencia, sea en español o en inglés.

or if a patient is ill they report \"su estado general es satisfactorio\" his general condition is satisfactory. A liver with a tumour could also be in \"estado general conservado\" meaning it has not spread all over the liver, this time it may mean \"generally conserved condition\".
