This is from a medical report on a lady with heart problems, this is all the sentence says
PSVDO (O in the air - I think this means right) = PAP 35-40mmhg
Any ideas please?

Asker: True, medical translations are definately the hardest, but I also find them one of the most satisfying and interesting to translate! Like you say thank goodness for google and also proz.com! It would have been near impossible for most of us to translate medical texts back in the days without the Internet!!
