Es lo que me confunde porque no obedece el contexto, la idea que tengo cuando menos es que los fisioterapeutas hacen su labor con el paciente en un ambiente de confianza y tranquilidad sin necesidad de dar "voces de mando". ¿O no?

"Voces de mando" suena absolutamente militar. Pregunto porque no sé si los kinesiólogos (physical therapists, physiotherapists) alguna vez se ven en situaciones de emergencia y deben dar órdenes a enfermeras u otros paramédicos. Debo estar viendo demasiado "ER"...
