Hola a todos. Se trata de la información de una Resonancia Magnética y hay un párrafo que me tiene confundida.
"Se aprecia nódulo de Schmorl en la`plataforma vertebral superior de L2 y bandas de hiperseñal tanto en el T1 como en el T2 en la plataformas vertebrales inferior de L5 y superior de S1 *cambio de señal tipo Modic II debido a sustitución de médula ósea por grasa*."
Mi pregunta es: ¿ese cambio de señal tipo Modic se refiere las plataformas vertebrales inferior de L5 y superior S1 o a la plataforma vertebral superior L2?

Agradecería cualquier sugerencia ya que mi cabeza no da para más.
