En agosto las dos aspergilosis que tuvieron....

Asker: My problem is that the sentence [to me] = From now on the guideline is to either use AmBisone on its own, or a combination of AmBisome and Voriconazole, but never on its own. Isn't there a contradiction here? As they have said use AmBisome on its own earlier??
