Medical - Medical (general) / physical exam - breasts
Spanish term or phrase: zona linfoportadora
This term appears in a physical exam report from Mexico. The doctor is describing the breast exam and says:

"Mamas simétricas sin zona de sistematizacion ni *zonas linfoportadoras* ."

I find very few instances of this term in a google search. What does it mean, and how do we say it in English? I'm guessing it has to do with a check of the lymph nodes, but I have no idea what this refers to specifically.

Gracias por la ayuda.

area of lymph node enlargement

Explanation:
I've been spending way too much time trying to figure this out. I ruled out "lymph drainage" because that's a normal condition and would therefore not be a negative ("ni"). I'm assuming the report is noting the absence of something they wouldn't want to find.

A physical examination of the breast reveals very little, and the only thing I can think of would be enlarged lymph nodes.

Notes to answerer
Asker: Gracias por la explicación Rafael, pero no encuentro 'lymphcarrier zones' en mi búsqueda en google. Tiene que existir algún otro término en inglés para decirlo.

85 hits on Google for “lymph-bearing areas” and 72 hits for “lymph-bearing area”, including the following two (note: the term appears both hyphenated and not -- I think the hyphen is more correct):
