Quisiera saber cómo se dice en inglés "ramo obtuso marginal" de una arteria coronaria. Es un informe que presenta los resultados de una coronariografia. Creo que ACX es arteria circunfleja:

ACX: Vaso de buen calibre y desarrollo con lesión no significativa ostial con salida inmediata de gran ramo obtuso marginal (de mayor calibre distal que la ACX propia) la cual presenta lesión significativa en porción proximal.

¿Qué les parece?
