Estoy traduciendo un informe médico al inglés.
En una parte dice "EF: C, O y O. Normocoloreada, bien hidratada y perfundida" Luego describe los signos vitales.

Supongo que "EF" es exploración física, pero no sé a qué se refiere "C, O y O". ¿Podrían ayudarme?

You'll often see this abbreviated in English as HEENT, but this one does not include nose and throat so it wouldn't be appropriate here.
