y bajo la seccion "enfermedades" se encuentre escrito a mano: Hem. esofg y las siguientes siglas como si fueran enfermedades aparte

I don't know why you wrote AGR in the text, but AGR is a renal test (angiogammagrafía renal). The abbreviation for hematology is hem. as you mention in the text so it would lead me to believe it's a blood problem = AGG
