I'm just unclear about how to translate this sentence "esta paciente continua presentando sintomatologia de Depresion Mayor Severa por lo cual no puede trabajar ya que se complica con sus condiciones fisicas".

This is what I come up with "this patient continues presenting symptomatology of Severe Major Depression therefore is unable to work since it is compounded by her physical condition".
