There must be a mistake in the sentence. I t makes no sense to discharge a patient and continue treatment in the hospital.

Thank you, Lorena and Jason for the attention you are giving to this. It is a typed medical report, and you are seeing verbatim what I saw. The "post" being possibly missing makes sense. I had wondered if it meant that her case was still being managed by the hospital after she was released. If so, I don't know how to convey that idea.

I just noticed that as well. There does seem to be something missing there as it appears that the patient continued inpatient care after being discharged.

Either a "post" is missing as in para continuar manejo post hospitalario
or
This woman was admitted, received hospital care, to continue with said hospital care she was asked to do a stress test and was released on_____
In my humble opinion, these are the two ways that I can give any sense to this paragraph ;-)
