Spanish term or phrase: con todas las indicaciones
I am translating a serious of responses to a survey of doctors in Spain regarding various medications used to treat rheumatoid arthritis. The answers have been compiled in an Excel document, so I am unable to give any wider context than the following phrase, just as it appears:

farmaco anti-TNF con todas las indicaciones y con una versatilidad importante (iv, sc, mensual)

Thank you.

This drug can be prescribed for a full range of indications, i.e. it isn't limited to one particular indication, so off-label use won't be necessary.

Just to clarify:

An indication is a disease or condition for which any particular drug has been approved by the health authorities.
If the drug is used for another disease (which it shouldn't be) then this is known as off-label use.

TNF inhibitors are indicated for rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, psoriatic arthritis and juvenile chronic arthritis, however they are not subsidised by the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme for all these indications.
