Medical - Medical (general) / cardiology | | Spanish term or phrase: en origen de | This is a report for a 78-year-old patient with diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol who was admitted to hospital with pain in his left arm. His medical history is as follows:
"Cardiopatía isquémica con angina de esfuerzo II-III en el 2008 realizándose estudio coronariográfico en Toledo (octubre 08) que evidenció EAC trivaso con lesiones severas en DA proximal que afectaba al origen de diagonal que tenía une lesión severa; lesión moderada en CX proximal y severa en OM2 de buen desarrollo; CD dominante con lesión severa en origen de PL; FEVI 60%."
I saw somewhere that "en origen de" can mean "compromising". Is the severe lesion of the dominant RCA compromising the posterolateral branch? |
