I am not sure how to translate this phrase and would appreciate suggestions for this. The translation itself involves a reference for a physician for a position in a UK hospital.

Here is the context:

El Dr. XXX ha llevado a cabo su programa de formación con muy buenas calificaciones..............................Se ha implicado con autonomía en las distintas areas asistenciales.

Por todo ello, desde aqui, hacemos una buena recomendación para vuestro hospital.
