Esto siempre supone un problem al traducir informes médicos españoles al inglés. En la exploración física, un médico inglés pondrá que el "abdomen is not tender to palpation" ya que esta afirmación implica que la pared abdominal sea depresible. Desgraciadamente también existe la posibilidad de rigidez de la pared abdominal wall (defensa = "guarding") que significa que la pared abdominal no es depresible (aunque la posibilidad de que no haya dolor es remota). Esto se suele poner en otra frase en la descripción de la exploración física en el informe en español.
Por lo tanto, yo pondría not tender to palpation.
