Here is the sentence: La infección urinaria, y el proceso urinario obstructivo, ilustran la asociación inesperada de patología tumoral del tracto urinario, siendo el rabdomiosarcoma, la primera causa tumoral genitourinaria en pacientes pediátricos.

Two things:
1) Could 'proceso' be referring to the urinary *tract*?
2) I am having trouble putting the phrase 'la primera causa tumoral genitourinaria' into words.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. THANKS!

The 2nd could also be \"the main cause...\"

Careful, \"proceso\" is not \"tract\".
It\'s refering to a condition that develops in time, gradually.
