I finally spoke to the surgeon to try and solve this issue. While he preferred to avoid the term "adequate" because it is not generally used for the first type of resection - an error - he wasn't comofortamble with unnecessary eithe, but still wanted to group them together. Out of all possible options, he decided to settle for "incorrect", one of the ideas I had initially discarded. El que paga manda.

It's very difficult for me to grade, since I don't have complete certainty as to the answer. I intimately think that Amanda may have been closest with unnecessary, but I am not in a situation to judge just yet. I'll be back! Sonrisas :O) :O) :O)

Desde luego es mejor que lo que yo hab�a conseguido, pero me surge una pregunta: �se podr�a entonces catalogar una resecci�n con m�rgenes inadecuados bajo el ep�grafe de innecesaria, o deber�a separar ambos casos y hablar de una innecesaria y otra inadecuada? :O) :O)
