I finally spoke to the surgeon and we convened on just referring to molibization when the tumor had no been visualized. I have awarded the points to whom I considered closest, although I very much appreciate both of your efforts. Just to add that mobilization is a specific kind of manipulation, so I have avoided entering it as such in the glossary.

I have spoken to the author, who has clarified that this is a term of his own "invention".

To explain briefly, what he means to say is that these tumours were not sucessfully visualized during surgery (they were preoperatively located by traditional methods and not tattooed for intraoperative localization) and therefore the section mobilized is that in which the tumour is believed to be. I have found literature referring simply to "non-visualized" tumours. I think this might suffice but further suggestions are more than welcome.
