Spanish term or phrase: siluetas virtuales

Como si dispararan a corazones o siluetas virtuales.

This is from a text describing a series of artworks created by shooting bullets at paper targets. "siluetas virtuales": I know that these are the false targets which look like the silhouettes of the human form used in shooting galleries and such, but I am not sure if they have an official name. I get hits for "silhouette targets" but am not convinced. Anyone know what these are called?

I have categorised this question as military/arts, and so I hope this gets to the right people! Thanks very much in advance for your help. UK Eng preferred.
