I am still not 100% sure, but perhaps "ringed" would also work as I understand that ringed/bulged are synonyms (based on add. references found).

El fenómeno de anillado de cañón se lo conoce en ingles como Bulge Barrel ó Barrel Bulge (ambas expresiones he leído), algun autor escribe "O-ring Barrel" Pero el termino mas utilizado es el otro.

El anillado del cañón se produce porque como dice JJS una punta queda atascada en el cañón y el tirador hace el disparo siguiente y al chocar el proyectil en movimiento con el que esta atascado en el cañón se produce el anillado también en ese momento la corredera (Slide) se traba en el "huevo" que se produce en el tubo y ya no se puede operar el arma.
Lamentablemente este proceso necesita de la complicidad del tirador, porque en general la punta que se atasca en el cañón es de una bala que no tiene propelente y el solo encendido del iniciador coloca la punta en mitad del tubo cañón. Al ser tan poca presión generada, el arma no cicla, y el disparo es "fofo" o flojo, el tirador debe volver a cerrojar para colocar el cartucho bueno que producirá el anillado.
Mi recomendación es quitar el cañón y reemplazarlo por otro. no repares un tubo anillado, aqui suelen tornear por fuera el tubo a la medida original, pero por dentro queda anillado y dilatado (por ende debilitado) y puede explotar con el uso.
