Spanish to English translations [PRO]
Law/Patents - Mining & Minerals / Gems | | Spanish term or phrase: pertenencias de mineral | Here is another legal/mining query. The use of the word "pertenencias" occurs in the following phrase in a legal document " ....graficada for dieciseis pertenencias de mineral diseminado de XXX, ubicada en........." . The country is Argentina and the escritura is a document which seeks to identify various exploration sites for the purpose of a transfer of ownership.
From investigation, pertenencias could either be rendered as "mining property" or "mining claims." Does anyone know the correct accepted English terminology here???
