Any idea what the correct musical translation of "alteraciones" is in the following text about the dulzaina instrument:

ALTERACIONES
A pesar que la Dulzaina no está concebida como un instrumento para producir cromatismos, en la actualidad se puede conseguir su ejecución, pero tan solo por medio de una técnica compleja y difícil, y con claros cambios tímbricos y de volumen.
Las alteraciones con un sonido claro y potente, así como fáciles de ejecutar son: DO# i RE# de la primera octava.
