I think what she's trying to say here is, "We could even tell each other 'never mind' forever" or "forever a 'never mind'".

You're very welcome. It's a common expression in Spanish.
"¿Vas a ir al cine como comentabas?"
"Siempre no, mi madre tenía otros planes."
It can be never mind, or "no, after all" or "in the end, no", so the phrase in the song could even be "to even give each other forever a 'not in the end'". You can take that phrase in more than one way. :)
