No sé cómo poner esta frase ya que hilos, podría ser "string" y porotos "beans". Por lo tanto "string beans", sin "strings" y sin "beans", no me queda muy bien.

Es conveniente comenzar a incluir en la dieta fibras en pequeñas cantidades, dándole tiempo al organismo para que se adapte a ellas. En especial en el caso de divertículos se debe comenzar con las verduras que contienen hemicelulosa, como remolachas cocidas, zapallitos sin piel ni semillas, zanahoria y calabaza, chauchas sin hilos ni porotos; una vez que se toleran, se puede probar con zanahoria rallada finamente, remolacha rallada de la misma manera, tomate pelado y sin semillas, y luego se pasa a las verduras de hoja cocidas, para terminar, probando tolerancia a las hojas tiernas de verduras crudas. |
