peer agreement (net): +1amended text of the Company Law Statute Explanation: A (possibly more British) alternative. Restated is more American, and amended is more British. I am not happy translating "Ley de Sociedades Anónimas" because it is the name of a statute. Any translation would be inexact simply because it wouldn´t be the exact name, and(in my opinion)legal sources need to be referred to properly. |

Consolidated Text of the Law on Corporations Explanation: This is what we use in Spain when referring to publication of a law that has been updated in accordance with its versions X and Y (possibly the approved "proyecto de ley" and an interim version, plus whatever else comes between). |
