Es la persona que gestiona (maneja) las operaciones y los servicios al pasajero en el aeropuerto. No suele estar en la oficina central...aunque puede ser...

Otra nota: en algunos ATOs se los conoce como \'Operations Managers\'. Ese término es muy amplio pues para muchas compañías el Jefe de Operaciones controla las operaciones propiamente dichas: rampa, equipaje, peso y balance, fueling, etc. pero no la parte de servicio al pax y otras cuestiones administrativas. Depende de la compañía y el país.
