Explanation:
ACUERDO de 19 de julio de 2001, adoptado por la Permanente de la Comisión de Urbanismo y Ordenación del Territorio de Asturias (CUOTA), relativo a la modificación de las NN.SS. de Planeamiento de Illano (Expediente CUOTA: 931/2001).

De conformidad con lo dispuesto en los artículos 35, 40, 41 y 49 la Ley del Suelo de 1976 y artículos 132 y 161 del Reglamento de Planeamiento Urbanístico Estatal en relación con el Decreto 169/1999, de 9 de diciembre, por el que se regula composición, competencias y funcionamiento de la CUOTA, se aprueba definitivamente la Modificación Puntual de las Normas Subsidiarias de Planeamiento de Illano, con el contenido y alcance establecidos en el Acuerdo Municipal de Aprobación Inicial y Provisional, consistente en introducir en el texto de las NN.SS. el anexo que seguidamente se transcribe:
