English translation:dedicated products
Explanation:
"dedicated" is a bit of American engineering jargon, referring to products that are used for a specific purpose and/or to achieve specific defined results (sound familiar? <grin>).

This usage is borne out by your context. "IT develops "dedicated" products that are used to achieve (well-)defined and specific results. Large-scale [or "mass"] production is preceded by tests and trials conducted in our laboratories, and our technical department participates in the post market-introduction follow-up."

You could also smooth out that last phrase: "...participates in follow-up activities after the product has been placed on the market."

Cheers, HC

PS -- If "dedicated" sounds too alien, mult47's "targeted" or "specialized" would be good alternatives.

"products of total effectiveness" o ...

Explanation:

targeted or specialized

Explanation:
From the description "empleados para alcanzar resultados definidos y precisos" it seems to me that "de efecto" means products targeted for a specific purpose or a specific market.

ready made

Explanation:
Hi,
I get the feeling that they mean 'ready made'. I.e., for a specific purpose but that you can buy of the shelf.

stock items OR effect-producing products

Explanation:
In other words, products/items that have been tested, then put into large scale products.

From the Oxford SuperLex:
b efectos mpl (frml) (de un comercio) stock; (de un local)
contents (pl)

But... you wouldn't say *stock products*, because that would refer to *livestock products* The complete term, in English, from Termium:
DEF - An item of supply carried at storage point(s) in a supply system to meet anticipated demands. s
1995-07-07

And, by the way, I have done searches for *productos de efecto* on Google and on Alta Vista, and the *only* context I can find for these is for products having specific *chemical*/*medicinal*/*environmental* effects. Got the same results checking for the combination in dictionaries: *psychotropic effect*

Purpose-built, custom-made products

Explanation:
I happened on this by chance (when listing all possible meanings for 'efecto', but as soon as I saw it I could see that it fits with your context of lab. design and specific results.

The dic (Collins Bi) says 'construido al efecto', a ser preciso, but it does make sense in your text.
