Can't be sure publishers is the right word for audio and video. The usual word is 'production companies'. Given your sentence and words, though, it's difficult to make a distinction, but a CD/video/ DVD is certainly NOT published, it's usually 'released', but I don't know the name for companies that rather than produce, 'release'. however, 'distribute' would get the idea across fine:

I'll do a mail-out to all the production and distribution companies in Madrid.
