There is a risk that barcode labels on products may be read twice (or more) when the barcode reader scans the product. An example: a 6-pack of your favourite Irish beer might trigger the reader several times as the barcode on each can comes into view of the reader. That's why these readers make a sound (beep in English - bip in Spanish) as the code is read - and a double beep/bip warns the operator of the error.

So I infer that 'multi-bipaje' is 'multi-beeping' (or something similar) in English.
