Central Electionary Board... Explanation: I'ts an official agency in charge of everything related with elections [presidential and congressional, municipal, etc.], citizen's identification [ID cards], born and marriage certificates [in special 'Peace Courts'], and so on. I am 100% sure about this, because that's the name of the agency in my native country [Dominican Republic]. Luck! |
