"it's considered to be above the 10% average... Explanation: ...although -as it also happens outside the penitentiary environment- there are notable geographical differences". I think the problem is that 'reaaaallyawfullest' of all words: "extrapenitenciariamente", it's almost of German dimensions and I'm not even too sure it does exist at all.
