Spanish term or phrase: Desactivaciones
This is an employee's letter to his manager complaining about the cashiers and about the "calificaciones" or grading system. They listed some items and one said
"Desactivaciones ( pero ellos saben que hay varias cajas que no le funcionan los activos )"
What specifically do they mean by "desactivaciones" and then the use of "activos" at the end?
thanks!

deactivations
Explanation:
as to the activas at the end, I can only guess.
Maybe these cashiers encounter problems in regards to properly deduct any cancellations from the existing (active) amount of cash.
