Oh yes, if you have a possibility of asking, I'd do just that, as "cm" could probably stand for a lot of things...

Thanks Marta ... and good guesses! :) It´s near impossible because it´s just this spreadsheet, and those are the only two places it is used. It´s pretty much a shot in the dark at this point, without more context. I think I am going to write to the client.

Does this "cm" come up in any other part of the document? I keep trying to imagine what it could possibly stand for, but neither "cuota mensual" nor "consumo mínimo" (my initial guesses) seem to make sense for me...
