Explanation:
When a lottery has no top prize winner, i.e, when no one has been lucky enough or clever enough to make the wise move of selecting the winning combination, ...then maybe the prize fund rolls over to next week/next time.Sounds like it could be something to do with 'acertar la quiniela'.
