'compensado' has the meaning of 'redeemed' Explanation: Given the 1/2 and the 1/4 and given the 'redeemed' meaning, it is undoubtedly something like.... Half Carcass, boneless equivalent 1/4... nevertheless I feel that there is a term for this, but right now it escapes me...like 'recuperated'(Spanglish?), 'recovered', possible 'yield'....thus....1/2 Carcass, yielding 1/4... You will know how to fit the info in within the context you're working in. |
