También se conoce como (Almendras) garrapiñadas

Explanation:

Tal vez te ayude a identificarlas.

Peladillas or Candied Almonds

Explanation:
I do not agree translating peladillas as garapiñados because it is a completely different kind of candy, "Garapiñados" are penauts covered with fried syrope-like sugar, which renders a rough redish covering, and usually from Mexico, and "peladillas" are pine nuts or almonds covered with a white, hard and uniform layer of candy.
Peladillas are better known in Spain, specifically from Valencia, usually prepared for Christmas season.
Since peladillas are a typical candy from a specific region, I strongly suggest to translate it as "Peladillas" and depending on your target readers, write an explanation between parenthesis or the like.
