También se conoce como (Almendras) garrapiñadas Explanation: No faltan en la típica mesa navideña. Aquí va la receta que hallé en Internet! Tal vez te ayude a identificarlas. Garrapiñada: Se parten las almendras (o maníes, o avellanas, o nueces)tostadas (200 grs.), se las pone en una olla de hierro con un poco de azúcar (1/2 taza), y se le hecha una 300 cc de agua, se revuelve continuamente mientras el agua se evapora lograndose así la adherencia del azúcar a las almendras.
