see below Explanation: Often seen in degrees (doctor's, lawyers) Book of degrees, titles. Register of degrees, titles. These are usually seen in conjunction with a number... In my experience, it is not the transcript (grades)... it refers to a "degree" (título) granted by a university, therefore, it is recorded (with the number) in the register/book of degrees and/or titles.
