I know depositario is in the glossary, but I'm not sure what term to use in this context. To give you an idea, here is what the depositario does:
El depositario del Código de Conducta tendrá las siguientes funciones:
a. Custodiar como depositario el Código de Conducta.
b. Velar por el adecuado cumplimiento de su contenido.
c. Iniciar el procedimiento de autotutela, tal y como se establece en el artículo 32 de este texto.
d. Solicitar información sobre los procedimiento de autotutela cuando así lo estime oportuno.
e. Apoyar y dar difusión a las iniciativas autorreguladoras de la Asociación.
f. Realizar cuantas sugerencias estime oportunas al GT de Autorregulación de la Associación en relación a este Código deontológico en particular o respecto a cualquier tema de autorregulación en general.
3. El desempeño de la función de depositario no da derecho a retribución alguna.

Look, I further researched this. Customdian and depositary are just not on. This is a FIDUCIARY function and the word is trustee!
