independent study, customized (study) program,

or "customized course of study" -- implying that the coursework in question has been tailored to fit a specific purpose not addressed in the general curriculum. -- "Plan electivo" = elective program (i.e., courses that are not required for a specific degree). -- "Concentracion de notas" = literally "grade (or "mark") concentration," which might mean that grades or marks for several courses have been combined into a single grade or mark. But I'm afraid that's just a guess... Best, HC

I assume all the terms are related to studies. That being the case: Plan Diferenciado = Differentiated Plan; Plan Electivo = Elective Plan; Concentración = Concentration. References: The first two see URL below.
Concentration is a term used (for example) when getting a Master Degree or PHD and refers that more courses are taken in a specific area of the fielñd of study; such as an MBA (Master of Business Administration) with concentration in Finance, or Marketing, or Production, Etc. I tend to believe the names in spanish were taken from USA English. Hope it helps.
