Incaparina Explanation: Incaparina is a powder prepared by the INCAP (Nutrition Instituto of Central America and Panama) used to prepare a drink that is very nutritive. INCAP-Harina means a Flour of INCAP it is a trade mark very well known in Guatemala and some other LA countries. I know it is sometimes used in Cuba. Not a very nice taste though Hope it helps.
