| Spanish to English translations [Non-PRO] | | Spanish term or phrase: Lo que es yo, no pude pegar un ojo | | It's said by a government agent escorting someone to his country on a tense diplomatic mission. The person he's escorting sleeps the whole journey as if there's nothing to worry about. The agent mentions the fragility of his own situation. The phrase above is something I've never come across before, presumably a colloquialism: what does it mean? |

| | English translation:And me, I haven't slept a wink | Explanation: I guess that's the right English equivalent. No pegar un ojo means not to have a moment's sleep.
Good luck!
