"Tanto en la recogida de la información como en las entrevistas se constató un cierto cansancio por parte de los industriales y en algunos casos poca motivación a aportar datos que consideraban ya tenía la administración o ya les habían sido solicitados en anteriores ocasiones. Por tanto, una de las conclusiones del estudio fue la de sistematizar los datos ambientales y poder aprovechar otros cuestionarios que ya se estén utilizando para otros fines. Así, en el caso de Catalunya, se propone el aprovechamiento del modelo de **Informe de Evaluación Ambiental** propuesto por la Generalitat de Catalunya previsto en la Ley de Intervención Integral de la Administración Ambiental."

Por lo que entiendo este informe puede ser un paper o documento en el que se hagan análisis estadísticos o comparaciones e incluso gráficos.
Hasta hoy todos los documentos que hago para la Secretaría de Medio Ambiente tienen como nombre: Environmental Impact Report (Annual/Quarterly, etc.)
