DE C.V. untranslated at the end of the document, or maybe to add on something such as INC. as Margarita had suggested??????

| | ADITIVOS Y CATALIZADORES RÁBAGO S.A. DE C.V. | Explanation: "S.A. DE C.V." does stand for "Sociedad Anónima de Capital Variable", it is part of the company name and the entire name stands as is, ADITIVOS Y CATALIZADORES RÁBAGO S.A. DE C.V.
Now if you wish to add a translation in a note or in ( ), ADITIVOS Y CATALIZADORES = Additives & Catalyzers and
S.A. DE C.V. or Sociedad Anónima de Capital Variable = Variable Stock Corporation. "Rábago" is a proper name.

No, Robert, you don´t translate S.A. de C.V. because it is legally a part of the company name, not as "Inc." or anything. There are various corporate forms for commerical corporations in Mexico and this is one of them and very popular.
But you can put a translation in a note or ( ) for clarification, I usually do. |

Saludos,

No se traduce. Don't translate it!
I would strongly recommend you to keep it the way it is. If you want to add a translator's note just explain the best possible way that this is a "legal" term related to de "registration" of companies (not just this one but most) in Mexico.
I worked for an international company specialized in "registering" suppliers all over the world to be accessed by the Internet in a specialized database for purchasers and one of the most import requirements was to get the adequate "register" of providers. I represented this company in several legal meetings with lawyers all over the world and believe me there is no way to "translate" laws (nor "accounting"...)
May be a Mexican lawyer will be able to explain you the differences (and "semejanzas") between an SA de CV and other kind of "legal" institutions, constitutions, companies, structures or whatever...
Good luck!
