These documents pertain to internal correspondence between different departments. The sentence is as follows: "Les mandé una propuesta a XXXXX de convenio y estoy esperando su aprobación y la ratificación de XXXX de la suspensión del contrato de exportación, en cuanto tenga estas notificaciones estaremos en posibilidad de *retomar la nominación*.

In a different paragraph, it seems like "nomination" pertains to the volume or amount of barrels delivered:

"Con base a este compromiso, XXXX comercializó un volumen *nominado* para el 2006 en un contrato anual que tiene vigencia...."

Any suggestions? Also, how would you handle the term "notificaciones" in this context?
