Spanish term or phrase: Delitos de intención general y delitos de intención especial
This comes from an academic paper on ethics in sports on "stategic intentional fouls" (from Spain). Here it's comparing a perspective from "Derecho Penal". I'm especially interested in "intención general y delitos de intención especial." I couldn't find it in online legal dictionaries.

Si recurríeramos al Derecho Penal, podríamos ver que se distingue entre delitos de intención general y delitos de intención especial.

English translation:specific and general intent crimes
Explanation:
What are differences between Specific and General Intent Crimes?
Under the common law there is a distinction between specific and general intent crimes. The basic difference between the two is that specific intent crimes require the individual who commits the crime to have a certain intent or purpose when the crime was committed, where as general intent crimes don't. Some jurisdictions have done away with this distinction.
