Pero Marx ignoraba que el replay cómico no tiene una sola reincidencia, sino que se extiende a través de distintas culturas en un loop. La post-modernidad de cada cultura contemporánea, de China a Japón, de Estados Unidos a México y de La India a Francia, repite su loop particular en que cada cultura hace remezcla de fragmentos históricos, obedeciendo su propia glotonería político-estética. Ese loop construye la apariencia de un régimen-de-cosas o status quo interminable, y es la repetición lo que arroja su final comedia, que parece carnaval perpetuo, pero que no es más que síntoma de agonía.

Normally, arroja would be throw/toss/launch. I think in popular usage sometime arrojar (in Latin America) can mean "reveal." Is that what is going on here? How would you handle this?

"...it is this repetition that entails the comic ending..." or something to that effect. ("the comedy of the ending" perhaps if you want to be more formal)
'arrojar' is certainly used very frequently in Mexico to mean 'results in', 'entails', 'leads to...' etc. The phrasal verb 'throws up' (in terms of an outcome/result) is probably closest to the meaning you are familiar with.
