Kynismo ético (cinismo; según entendemos en castellano gracias a la pobre traducción de la fonética anglosajona de la cual deriva la que utilizamos). En este acápite, quizá algo polémico, externamos nuestra opinión de que el tono sutilmente irónico y sarcástico de muchas de las afirmaciones realizadas durante el curso, casi iconoclastas, además de otorgarle a las lecciones un estímulo adicional que particularmente encontramos muy agradable, entraña una honda preocupación ética. Preocupación ausente en muchos otros cursos doctorales y que consiste en el interés por hallar qué contenido real y práctico tienen algunas instituciones jurídicas. Instituciones veneradas por la opinión jurídica e inclusive mimadas por las leyes, que sin embargo entrañan mucho riesgo para los ciudadanos, quienes se encuentran a merced de una élite de funcionarios públicos investidos con poderes que no siempre son ejercidos de manera justa e igualitaria.
