Spanish term or phrase: trato asiduo
' ..En efecto y para decirlo pronto, su camaraderia y trato asiduo con Malloy termino por inspirarles una idea ..practica.." Although I understand the meaning of the two words in the title, I would like an english equivalent in order to make sure I understand correctly.
Thanks in advance

Sorry I cannot find the accents on my keyboard I hope fix it soon.

English translation:close contact
Explanation:
In this case it is a bit more than just "regular dealings", which seem to imply a certain distance, as in a business contact. "Trato asiduo" is a much closer relationship than that, it implies the affection between close friends who see each other pretty frequently...
Good luck!
